The small print reads: "provided that any potential action taken towards this end neither weakens our strategic position abroad with regards to energy availability, nor endangers the people of any conquered country for whom, in the conquering, we’ve taken responsibility, nor encourages future aggressive actions on the part of any of our or our allies’ enemies or potential future enemies, nor establishes dangerous precedents which other imperial or proto-imperial powers may exploit to rationalize proposed military adventures; and further that any other heretofore unmentioned repercussions arising from the pursuit of this noble end be kept far from our shores and the prices in our stores."
